Youth Birthday Parties
Let the Park District help you make your little one’s day as special as they are! We have the facility, supplies, and fun to throw an unforgettable party at a great price. All parties take place at the Community Center and include the party room and gym time. Ages 3+ Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to the event date. Maximum 20 children. To set up a party, fill out the form above and email it to Melissa at melissad@sycparks.org or call 815-895-3365.

From business meetings to celebrations and from team practice to athletic tournaments, this building can do it all! Need room to spread out for a meeting, ceremony, check out the gymnasium.
Multipurpose Rooms: Scenic farm field views, AV compatibility, access to the outdoor patio, and Splash Fountain. All Rentals include tables, chairs, and set-up/takedown.

Sycamore Golf Club

Clubhouse
Capacity: 110 | Located in the heart of the golf course, the Clubhouse’s exquisite views and friendly service provide an intimate and relaxing setting for your event. Reservations may be made up to one year in advance. Full-service bar (no additional bartending fee). Delicious catering options from the Caddyshack Grill. Outdoor patio seating.

Outdoor Shelters

There are four shelters to choose from all with a unique atmosphere and in proximity to other park amenities. Additional services that you may add to your rental include an alcohol permit and additional picnic tables, port-a-potties, dumpsters, and recycling bins. All fees are due at the time of the reservation. The purchase of additional port-a-lets and dumpsters or recycle bins is required for groups over 125.
Availability: The reservation fee ensures your group has exclusive use of the shelter from sun up to sundown. Shelters are available to rent mid-March through mid-October. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance but not within 2 weeks of the event’s date.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is only allowed with the purchase of a permit from the Sycamore Park District ($50). Renters must also provide proof of proper insurance.
Amenities: Your rental includes six picnic tables – additional tables may be requested for a fee. While shelters may be located in close proximity to many great park features, keep in mind that your rental reserves only what is at the shelter. All other amenities are available on a first-come-first-serve basis to all park visitors.
Cancellations: Cancelations made within 30 days of the rental date will not be refunded. If a renter does not show up for agreed-upon rental, no fees will be refunded or transferred.

Aquatic Facilities Rentals
Make a splash with your next party or event! Rentals are available during each facility’s regular season at the times designated below. Due to weather changes, staff encourages rental hosts to have an alternate plan in mind. In case of severe weather, the Community Pool and Splash Fountain will close as the safety of our guests is most important.
2-hour minimum rental. Payment in full is due at the time of booking. Rentals are not available on holidays.
